Progress Update: Lodging a New Application in 2025

At The Tallows, we’re committed to creating a thoughtfully planned community that reflects the character and charm of Gilston. As part of that commitment, Menora Developments has lodged a new Reconfiguration of a Lot (ROL) application in 2025.

This updated application allows us to refine the master plan and ensure The Tallows delivers the best possible outcome for both future residents and the surrounding community. By taking this step, we can better integrate open spaces, village greens, and essential infrastructure - laying the foundation for a vibrant, connected hinterland village.

To allow for this process, civil works will remain on pause until the new ROL approval is received. This approach ensures that when construction begins, it will proceed efficiently and in line with the most up-to-date plans and approvals.
